I do that too dodge. I don't know why but I like knowing when things bloomed in years past. It seems to me things are getting earlier. Did you post a picture of your crocus? What color is it?

Isn't that what the PDCP is that bill is doing? That is How I refer to what blooms., I can always go back to the P.D.C.P. threads,, and see what blooms in what zone in what month, It easy for me to keep track I like that we put our zone in and only post the flower that has bloomed and nothing else,, , Dodge I Used to keep a journal But since Bill started the PDCP Thread I just do it there,, Since I always lose my notes It's easier for me here at the GH,, P.D.C.P. {Plant Data Collection Project} //www.agardenersforum.com/forum/ubbthreads.php/ubb/postlist/Board/42 You can view this past year's blooms data by month, and zone and who posted it by changing the display options under the threads,

That is good .
But I was just going to write mine on my calendar for quick reference. For my own spirit lifter, when winter makes me look silly.
I know our area runs quite different than yours.
Thanks any ways.
I have to take a photo an show you how I repotted my hen/chickens you sent mw last year.. I really like the effect........My sis in law tried to scarf them up. I replied......NO NO NO>>>>> I gave her others.

Well Dodge here are photo's of my first blooms of the year. They were wanting to bloom yesterday, since it was so warm, (near 70) but they did not---they all did bloom today, though, as the high was 79.--They could have waited until I blew away the leaves, huh??? here are my daffodils---- ![[Linked Image]](http://i241.photobucket.com/albums/ff68/JunieGirl_2007/dodge-3-17-09002.jpg) and here is one of my purple crocus---2 bloomed today--- ![[Linked Image]](http://i241.photobucket.com/albums/ff68/JunieGirl_2007/dodge-3-17-09003.jpg) they parallel each other in my small bed in the front of the house...
