why I just planted 15 pks. of seeds. Two kinds of Zinnias, lupine, morning glory. And bell peppers, tomatos, Jalapenos.

But, Im hoping the Zinnias grow. thumbup I have never tried them before. Does any one know if they are easy to grow from seed? I saw some last year and they were 3 foot high. shockWill my Zinnias get that big???

I've grown zinnias for several years, they've always been real easy planted right into the ground. There are different varieties frm 12" up, and I've had some over 3', but no more than 4'. They last for weeks cut and placed in a vase.
the big problem with zinnias is powdery mildew, but sunlight and plenty of air takes care of the mildew problem.

Even a direct Nuclear explosion will not prevent Zinnias from growing.. They, and Marigolds are about the easiest flowers in the world to grow. I'm gonna plant a bunch of them myself this year. The Hummingbirds really like them.

I believe that, in truth, that would simply make them gigantic and possibly capable of attacking tokyo!

I like the Lilliput variety myself. They have long stems with LOTS of small blooms.

all the tomatos are huge now 8 inches tall and we have until May 15th before its safe to take outside. lol
