Hi All, I've decided I need to have a gridiron team to cheer for, so I'm hoping you will all give me some good reasons as to why it's your team that I need to adopt!

That's a pretty good argument, Sheri; I can't fault your logic! 'Panthers' is a good name- panthers are quite scary. Some of our Australian football teams have wimpy names, like the 'Swans' and 'The Power'. I mean, who would be scared of a swan? And what is a Power? So I reckon Panthers have at least a good name going for them. Are they a good team? I looked up their website, and it looks like their colours have a lot of white and blue. I reckon Panthers should have a bit more black.

They are a good team. The Panthers' team colors are black, expansion team blue/turquoise-ish, and silver.

Nice colours! What do you mean by expansion team? (If you assume I know nothing at all about American football, you will be pretty close to the truth).
