It looks like a type of grape hyacinth that hasn't grown upright as they usually do, or a type of camassia.

Looks crowded, doesn't it? I'm wondering if I shouldn't transfer all that to a bigger pot NOW, or wait till I'm ready to plant - maybe mid-April?
