A big hello from Texas, I love gardening, I have a 12X16 greenhouse. Don't have much in it at the time. I've got tomatoes, daisy's, and 1 Dahlia, lol. I did not much luck with those. Any information on the Dahlia would be a great help.

I do not grow my dahalias from seeds. I start my bulbs in March because in my zone it does not get warm until June and I would like to see the flowers earlier.

I put the bulbs in moist soil and do not water until they start to show leaves The bulbs will rot if the soil is to wet before the leaves emerge.

I am the worlds worst seed grower. LOL Do you grow the dinnerplate from seeds? How early do they bloom. I try to get them blooming the first week of June. I put them in the pots with cannas and coleus so I have a lot of color on the patio from June to October.

We were given two hands to hold, two eyes to see, two ears to listen & two legs to walk. But why were we given only one heart?
The other heart was given to another for us to find.
