Hi... wavy

I have a large asparagus fern that i have had for 3 years now. It has been in our break room at work all winter.
When is it safe to bring it outside for the season? I live in zone 5...Northern IL....

Thanks much!

Greg,

Don't take it outside until all danger of frost is gone.

I have one that my husband gave me the first year we were married (1972). Still have it. What I have done when it gets too big, is to take it out of the container and whack it in half or maybe even less, and keep that part of it. Still going good though.

Carol
