wow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Very Nice! I love the second Picture talk about curb appeal  If I drove by a house with that in the front yard I'd have to stop the car and get out and look at every plant and flower  , I have been known to do that

I'm not sure any of us are finished out side,,, there is always something to do and ways to be creative,, that's the fun of gardening!,, BUT The hard work sure pays off, your yard is like Eye candy!

You have a gorgeous garden there! What is the red-leafed plant in the first picture? The leaves look kind of like a Japanese Maple.

What is the red-leafed plant in the first picture? The leaves look kind of like a Japanese Maple. You're right...it's a Japanese Maple...not sure which one, though. They are really beautiful trees. I've seen them grow quite tall, so I guess that one will. Or do you keep it pruned to stay that size?

Tis particular cultivar doesn't get very tall, just wide. I have another one like it but with green leaves.

is that a clear gazing ball? How do you keep it from falling or blowing off. It's actually a replacement for the one that did blow off and break during a storm. I put some super glue on the edges of this one.

Your garden is absolutely gorgeous. Thank you for the tip with the gazing ball. I picked up a globe for a quarter at the thrift shop and was wondering how I could attach it to a stand I have.
