A Gardeners Forum Forums General Discussion New Members Please Help Identify this plant/flower

Can anyone tell me the name of this flowering plant. The plant gets new blooms daily. The new blooms lasts one day and fall off...and then the next day there are new ones. Here is a picture of the plant.
