Well I finally managed not to kill a Gardenia Plant. I have tried many times with no sucess.
I have had this one two months and have not lost a leave or a bud. I keep it raised in a tray of water and use a moisture meter to check to see when it needs water.

That is georgeous!! very vibrant!! Have you ever seen an ivy gardenia?? I found one at the green house our local high school is running, and it is pretty neat. The blooms look like that of a rose.

Thanks for your nice compliment, but that photo is not a gardenia, that plant is a Kalanchoe plant.
