My rose breasted grosbeaks are passing through this week - yea!!! It's the EXACT same weekend as last year!!! This year I've only seen one, but last year we had 5 at a time and Don took some terrific pictures over the weekend then. I wonder if they travel with the grackles, or if the grackles are trying to annoy them, because every time I see the grosbeak at the feeder there are at least 3 grackles there - I DO NOT LIKE GRACKLES!!!
Anywho... here are a few of Don's pictures from last year - it's been raining here so I can't get any good ones this time.
