I've had my basil in a pot for about 2 weeks. It's been too cold to take them out, so they have been sitting by the window and watered by need.
Last week end (4 days ago) I took them outside on daytime and after that they have been forming brownish splatters. I don't know if the taking outside has anything to do with it , but I just thought I should add it.
Here's a picture:

there is a disease called Bacterial Leaf Spot (Pseudomonas cichorii)

The disease is favored by wet, humid conditions and is disseminated by spashing water or by handling and spreading infected tissue. The bacterium is reported to be seed-borne. Use disease-free seed and transplants. Wider plant spacing can increase air circulation and promote more rapid leaf drying. Remove diseased leaves and plants to reduce inoculum.

is it all the leaves or can you remove the diseased ones?

I googled Bacterial Leaf Spot and had a look at the pictures. None of my plants have that dark spots, I don't think that's the problem. I'll remove some of the sick leaves (most of them are brownish and with rolled in leaves).

A friend recommended to use (not shore how it's in English) potassium (K) permaganate to get a pink/purple solution and dip my plants into the water. I did it yesterday so I hope they'll be improving by the next few days.

She thought that the problem might be lice.

Now it's been about a week after I did the dipping-plants-in-the-water and they seem to be ok. They're not getting worse and seem to be healing.

I suspect you got a litle sunburn when you first took them out...but if they're doing well, that's what's important. You should always be prepared to see some signs of stress on transplanting, or in general, any changes to climate/growing conditions, these aren't always bad signs, so long as the plants show signs of rapid development, sounds like yours are responding well.
