I picked up a long-haired, dark-gray/black, male kitten, 9-weeks-old, for my 7-year-old grandson yesterday. He is absolutely adorable, friendly, playful, and affectionate, and he has pointy endz! My grandson wanted to name him after a fruit, and cherries are his favorite fruit, so "Cherry" is now his name. No pictures yet but I will get some tomorrow. The dogs like him and I think the bunnies will, too, so all is well with my little flock.

That is awesome, Thorn. Kittens are such fun to watch grow. And a full grown cat can be so soothing. Please pictures when you can. Gray is my favorite cat color.
