I took this with my phone so if the picture is a little grainy I'm sorry. I've never seen something like this in my area and I've lived here for a while. I don't think it's dangerous, but I can't figure out what it is online. Hoping one of you on here can help me.

I should know what that is but I'm not coming up with a name. Do a search for longhorn beetle or beetle. I'll scratch my brain and see if I can recall a name for it. It definitely is a beetle, so that will help limit the search parameters. You might try to include the word borer in the search, I think this beetle is related to the Cottonwood Borer/Longhorn Beetle.
