JunieGirl Frogger Joined: Oct 2006 Posts: 46,820 Likes: 33 Southern Missouri	Today's Update---- I began Physical Therapy this morning--and it went well---I go 2 times a week for 6 weeks--in between visits, I have home exercises to do. Then I went to my primary care Dr who checked me and is sure the pneumonia is gone--yea me!!!!! finally when I got home I got a phone call from my Spine dr's nurse who made my next appointment, spoke to me about how I was doing and is going to order me some muscle relaxers for my intermitant back spasms all in all I am doing well-- Thank you all ________ Life isn't about how to survive the storm, but how to dance in the rain!! .....

You are a strong woman, just don't be like me and "forget" to do your home exercises. When I go to physical therapy next week I'm making it my goal to actually do what they tell me to. Plant smiles, grow giggles, harvest love.
