Prayer Plant or Peacock plant

I have this prayer or some people call it a peacock plant. I have only had it a few months, and it is doing wonderful! I noticed something on it this morning that I have never noticed before, it has two tiny little delicate purple/whiteish little looks like flower blooms. Does anyone have any clue what they are?? Here is a pic.

I have the same prayer plant as yours Ashlee. But mine has brown or yellow tips on most of the leaves. I wonder if anyone knows why that happens?
