I read to put out grape jelly to attract orioles. Won't the ants get in the jelly?

Grape jelly, HUH?? where would I put it???--  anyway, they seem to be doing ok with my Hummingbird nectar....

Fill up a shallow bowl or dish with grape jelly and put it on a platform feeder. Orioles also LOVE orange halves. They come a'runnin' fer an orange half.

Thansk Thorny---while I do not have a platform feeder, I do have a place where I could fasten on the half of an orange---now to go buy an orange---
