I have a bunch of peppers growing in pots that im transferring to a garden soon! I grow Tam Jalapenos, Habaneros, and I think one of the is Cayenne not sure, no tag on it when I bought it I have a pic tooo [Linked Image]


I just need to know about this I am new, I need to know if they are cayenne's, when I pick them and what else I need to know about them!

Looks to me like Peruvian Rainbow or another of the ornamental types. You can eat them, but they may be hot, and not as tasty as some peppers, but they may suit your tastebuds fine if you like peppers hot.

I cannot find pics of those online, I heard frome people I know the could be cayennes, I tried them and they have no heat yet! and no taste. I dunno what to do!

Even If I do not use them I still think they are gorgeous... I cannot find a pic of what the other person told me but they remind me of cayenne peppers but they might not be!

Really...i mean like wow those are HOT!!!.....lol.....(and yes, i meant that in a ''they look sexy'' kinda way)........What are the purple ones, is that just a transition color? I hope some of my plants look that good this year.....
