No, I'd love to have a few in hanging baskets, but somehow I haven't got any growing...seems everyone has one, I need to beg some starts.

Do you have any left or did you pot them all up?

I have the plant with solid green leaves and it produces a ton of babies. I am having such good luck with it I can't believe it. I would like to know if I send and babies in the mail, how do I do that? How do you keep them alive and not crushed? After I find out how to ship I can trade or just send to others. I will post a picture tonight.

One good way to ship cuttings is to...
1. Cut the new plant
2. wrap the end in damp paper towel
3. put the paper towel end in a small plastic bag and loosely put a rubber band around it
4. place in a box with styrofoam 'peanuts'
5. ship priority or overnight mail

Dont ship if the weather is going to be too hot or cold. If its too cold, you may want to use a larger box and put a hand warmer in the box.

I have the spider plants that are more bushy and are light green with white stripes. The 'adult' size is massive. I got the cuttings from my mom, who has grown them for years.

Typically, the plant goes from a 3 inch cutting to well over a foot in around 2-3 months. they grow insanely fast for me. I keep them in direct light with regular (nothing special) potting soil and fertilizer sticks.

If you would like a cutting send me a PM and I can ship one out to you.

Chris
