I'm newish to plant keeping and gardening, but I am trying for the sake of my daughter, who is almost four and loves it to death. I currently have around 15-20 houseplants, hanging and potted.. my personal favorite is the spider plants. I got those from cuttings off of my moms, which is huge.. anyways...

I also have a small garden. I am lucky enough to live on a campus that gives there students a plot in a garden so we're growing a variety of veggies and a small spot is dedicated to flowers.

I'm honestly getting pretty into this hobby myself, and want to learn from experienced 'plant keepers' (if thats the term, lol) what to do and how to do it right, without killing much along the way! So far, I'm doing okay. I'm always willing to learn, and of course, teach my kiddo!

Thanks for looking- see you in the forums!

Great that your daughter is into it.

Also great that you have friends or classmates who are gardening in the same area as you. You should end up with a variety of good stuff.
