THANKS everyone for all the ideas and opinion on what refrigerator to choose.
Last friday it was delivered.
I chose;
Figidaire,,,,,,brushed stainless steel
26 cu ft
side by side ........
at a family own business and got a decent price, delivery and leveling , and they releived me of the old one.
I could not be more satisfied.
Thanks for the advice ..all

and you will find you do not have to go and bend down in the chest freezer quite as often either./
my appliances are just the plain white.
