Hi everyone.... do u remember this mystery plant i posted sometime back.... it has bloomed...here's a pic.... Can anyone id it...? Thanx millions...n have a nice day!

the flowers look like Conyza species. the first pic basal leaves say family Compositae
I love the sweet scents wafting in the breeze. I stop to admire the vibrant colors of all living things. And people think me odd. Then ODD I am!!!

Hi RugbyHukr... i dont think itz Conyza... da leaves r different...s mentioned in da post before this... da Chinese who gave me da seeds use da leaves in soup... n i have done so several times....

What weed is it Michael... can u give it a name... we use it in soup...n itz supposed to have medicinal properties... for what ailments...m not sure tho... but it does increase my choice of vege to cook!!

BTW Michael ...itz a rather tall plant ...this is abt 3 to 4 ft tall....

LoL....is it me or this plant reminds me of a weed, but just in a LARGER version?... Exactly, but ours here if I remember correctly is all yello... But the same flower shape, seed pod, etc... I just can't remember it..

Hi weezie... have googled Hawk's Beard n Mountain Dandelion... don't think they r da same... i noticed da flowers r so different ..but m not sure abt da leaves tho...

I know... I was just tryin' to get something in the ballpark, hopin' maybe it'll spark someone else to know.. It's a relative of a weed we have here, just can't place a name to it... The leaves sorta, sorta remind me of chicory.. but the flower does't match... It just looks so firmilar.. But just can't put my thumb on it..
