cant find this shield bug? hangs around my palm and melon seems to be harmless, is it? flickr.com

ty Jiffy found it leptoglossus phyllopus,and it is a bad bad bug devilfortunately i have only seen a couple..unfortunately they seemed to like each other :ding:...i'm already having a major battle with the squash bugs over my one lonely melon & plant, fraid they'll get the neem with the rest of 'em.
