Welcome razmakat! You have found a terrifc place to ask questions, share information, and make new friends.

May I ask which part of NY you are in? I live in Rockland County on the border of Bergen County, NJ. I grew up in Westchester County, and went to college in Binghamtom and Rochester.

What kinds of gardens are you growing this year? flowers? Vegetables? Annuals? Perennials? We have everything here on the forums, so make yourself comfortable and jump right in!

Hello,

Nice to meet you. I live in the upper part of Greene County, NY. I am doing vegetable gardens this year and having a blast with them. I tried doing a ground vegetable garden last year but with the rocks and clay as soil it didn't do so well. So this year I raised the beds up and it is doing great. I can't wait to learn more about the forums here.

It's beautiful where you live! Are you in the mountains?

Great idea about raised beds! We also have clay soil and LOTS of rocks - they don't call it ROCKland County for nothing! lol why

When you get comfortable enough, come down into the Banter Hall forums where we discuss pretty much anything and everything. The coffehouse is a daily meeting place to catch up with other members during the day.

We were given two hands to hold, two eyes to see, two ears to listen & two legs to walk. But why were we given only one heart?
The other heart was given to another for us to find.
