That is very pretty, Cheryl. Is it another of your wildflower mix? How large is the flower? It is so hard to tell sizes without something for scale. A hand or a foot in the pic really helps.

I think it's very pretty, must have been part of the hummingbird/butterfly mix. The flower itself is about 1 1/2 to 2 inches across, it stands about 7 inches. Not a very big flower but I hope more turn up because I really like it.

I have been googling wild flowers and hummer and butterfly attracting flower and all kinds of things. The closest I can come to your flower is maybe a clarkia? But not sure at all about that.

Or maybe a mallow but it seems too short and small flowered for most of those.

five petals, very distinct ball on the middle 'thingy' hehe I've never seen this shade of pink before...it's gorgeous!

Thanks a lot, I saw a picture of a purple mallow that looked almost exactly like mine, except it was purple so I'm just going to go with that. It's such a vibrant color, don't know how long it would've taken me to notice it otherwise. It really stands out and I love it, I want more of them.
