I am interested in starting a Dahlia garden next year. I would like to collect seeds or bulbs if anyone has them to trade.

I've had very little luck with either Dahlia seeds OR bulbs. Dahlias have always been very hard for me to grow. I have Cannas coming out the Wazoo on the other hand.
