I had no clue that praying mantis would grab a hummer & start munching away. Well, I did get a pic and had a hard time retrieving the hummer from those claws. I buried the victim in my flower bed, as far as the mantis goes...he's history.

I am glad that the mantis is "history". I know they gotta eat too but really....

I had heard they would do that but you are only the second person I've seen with photographic eveidence of it.
