I've got a surplus of black cohosh (Cimicifuga racemosa) seed to share from my woodland garden. It is a majestic plant once it gets established, growing to heights of 6 feet or more, with a white flower spike that blooms in mid-late July, very fragrent, and attracts the honey bees.

seed must be planted in a shaded area in rich soil where competition from weeds is a minimum.

Contact me if you would like a packet of seed.

Hello! it took me a while to sign in, but i finally got here. if you still have some seeds id like to have some. i am starting a new flower bed. ive torn everything out and have intentions of amending the soil and starting over. so i hope to be able to give these seeds a good home.

I won't ask for seed. Don't really know if something like that would work on our lot - we're in Toronto, Canada - not cold enough to drive around in sleds pulled by huskies, but a lot of thinks just don't winter.

Just looked it up - just put the name in google and you'll see it on wikipedia.

Looks like nice plants - good fill for anyone with a lot of space to do something with, I'd guess.

Hi:
New to the site and am working on a woodland walkway through our hemlocks and spruces. Would love some of your black cohosh (cimicifuga) seeds if you still have some to share. I have lots of money plant seeds to share come fall and black eyed susans if you're interested.
Thanks,
Ginner

Hi im new to this sight, but i would very much like some of your black cohosh seeds for the plants ornamental value and medicinal properties.

Every plant started out as a seed ,and then came the waiting game.
