I really don't have a name for this and have never really been able to figure out what to call it other than my Trader Joe's mess because that's where I buy all the ingredients. I use rice pasta but you could easily substitute regular pasta.

You just need one package of pasta, one package (5) chicken sausage, I buy either the italian flavor or the sweet apple flavor, one small roll of goat cheese, and some sliced white mushrooms. Cook the pasta and the sausage, sautee the mushrooms in a bit of olive oil. Mix it all together with some olive oil and enjoy. Very easy and I love it.

Don't ya just love Trader Joe's. That does sound delicious but I can't eat sausage because it makes my stomach hurt, although I've never tried chicken sausage.

We don't have Trader Joe's around here. Maybe in the big city but not one close to me. I feel like I am missing out on something! lol

That sounds good, Cheryl!
