Thank you, Diane, I'm so glad you kicked off the celebration a day early. He had a bit of the blues this morning and your post inspired me to give him one of his gifts right away to make his day a little brighter! I gave him the iTunes gift card I had stashed for him and so he can spend time today cheerfully looking up music and deciding what to buy.
I also told him a little about how special today was for his Dad and I when we walked over to the hospital to sign me in to have him the next morning. He likes hearing that story.
Who doesn't like to hear about how much they are loved?!
Right now he is at the store picking out a small cake to share with his friends tomorrow.
