Hi I live in Rhode Island, i just started to close up the house because it is getting cold and i noticed my palm tree has flowers starting, can you tell me what type of palm tree this is I have had it for about 11 years and it has never bloomed before? i am trying to download pictures but cannot any sugestions?

Actually I think all palm trees bloom over time. Now that your has begun you may get blooms every year. Congrats!
