can i use any seed?

how about a wheat plant or a chickpea plant?

teach All of the plants you mentioned need more sun than you can usually provide indoors.
Mung Beans need to be rinsed with a solution of a tablespoon of bleach in a quart of water. Put the bean on paper towels in a shallow dish and keep the towels moist but not wet. Leave the beans uncovered. Germination starts in 3-5 days.
Peas would never survive in a pot.
Wheat is a fast growing grass and will need full sun and LOTS of water.
