OK,

Hello all. I am new at gardening and need a lot of help. I bought a tulip, daffodil and hydrangea plant from popular store. Theproblem is that they were in full bloom (I was so happy that spring was in the air) which was not the wisest of decisions. Now I want to keep them as indoor plants. Is this practial? the blooms are already dying and I don't know if I should try to keep them indoors - which I prefer - for as long as they will last.

ok, the tulip and daffodil will die back, they are bulbs. but, if they have a proper chill period, they will come back next year.

the hydrangea can be a house plant, but i'm not sure of it for houseplant care, they are hardy here.

i do know that with proper light, they will bloom for months.

andrea,

YOur chose all Fall planting plants.. No harm done , but if your daffys and tulips only bloom one time , spring and quit. Not good for inside.

You would be better off investing in House plants......
I think we have some list on here , dont we Jiffymouse?

we do. for blooms, you want african violets or impatiens. for greenery, the list is nearly endless.
