![tapfoot tapfoot](https://agardenersforum.com/forum/images/graemlins/default/smilietapfoot.gif) OMG, I am so impatient this morning, tapping my foot, waiting for the coffee to get done. This is one of those mornings I could eat the grinds right out of the can. Lots of days I get up and putter around for a long time before I even think about getting to the coffee pot. Then I think "gee, I've been up two hours, I should make some coffee and get my day started for real". And then there are days like today... where IS the coffee? Why is this pot taking so long? Do I need a new one? A century has gone by and it is only half full! *checks watch* *eyeballs pot with suspicion* *gazes longingly at the empty cup* ![lol lol](https://agardenersforum.com/forum/images/graemlins/default/biggrin.gif) Anybody else ever have a "where's the coffee kind of morning?" I used to Merme until I got a coffee pot that I can set up every evening, so it's ready and hot when I get up, but there are evenings that I forget to push the Auto button so I have to start it after I get up, ![zoink zoink](https://agardenersforum.com/forum/images/graemlins/default/52.gif) poor me Those coffee makers are really cheap tho,, I think mine was 30$,,

My girl doesn't always pay attention in the store. Today she brought home a bag of whole coffee beans and opened it before she realized. I do not have a grinder. We threw it in the blender but it didn't really make it fine enough for a drip pot. Time to dig out my French Press. What a day to have this happen! ![boohoo boohoo](https://agardenersforum.com/forum/images/graemlins/default/boohoo.gif) Merme

Valarie bought us a programable coffeepot as a house warming gift. Rod says that he does not know how "he" ever got along without it. ![rolz rolz](https://agardenersforum.com/forum/images/graemlins/default/rolleyes.gif) it's only downfall is the warmer only stays on for 2 hours. so unless I get up wi th Rod, I have to MW my coffee. ![egad egad](https://agardenersforum.com/forum/images/graemlins/default/34.gif) Merme you need to buy yourself some coffee singles to have for emergency days like today was. some hot water and a cup and you are set !!! They are "coffee bags", and work just as tea bags do. I think Folgers makes them.

I guess when I'm in a mood like I was the other day, brewed coffee when I awoke wouldn't be fast enough! I'd still have to pour it and take a sip. When I'm in a mood like that, coffee through an IV would probably please me best! ![lol lol](https://agardenersforum.com/forum/images/graemlins/default/biggrin.gif)
