funny how DH's can be so much like kids.

I've given up on kicking people out to mop, or waiting till they're all gone. I just mop in sections and if someone comes by I tell them stay to the left or stay to the right. the floors don't seem to stay clean long enough to stress to much about getting it done at the right time.

Not working is hard on them also....but the house is my domain.

Just searching for pics...I'm thinking of turning my kitchen island into a buffet and making a hutch for the top.

I wish I knew if I could load pic's here at the library. I'd love to show pics of the kids and they're snowman from the other night. boy, two snow falls in two years. my kids are gonna come to expect this every winter. I told them it was a big fluke. they're one foot tall snowman was really dirty ice by the time they got him scrapped together. but they had a ball.

well that sounds like a plan but isnt your island a work area for you ??? have you got that figured out??? Otherwise that sounds like a plan.

under my island is drawers (silverwear, towels, baggies, sandwich bags, etc. and a cabinet for my good dishes--(so in effect a hutch--well sorta.) the builder said he thought that could be the pantry--well who do you know that wants to get down on their knees to get food several times a day???

and I really hate to go but I must----Rodney will be at me to do some type of work or another so bye for now

I know the feeling Cricket..I just got my computer fixed two weeks ago, I was without for over a year. I have to wait another two weeks to get my upgrade so I can get enough storage to post pics.

Bye Carol, It's in the way now(since I don't bake like I used to) so I figured I'd put it against the wall, add something on the side where the overhang was then make a hutch for the top...still plans until I get the money. I figure I can fix it up for $100.

I gotta start supper as well, see y'all soon.

I have about an hour, before I should begin supper, to talk if anyone is around to chat with me????

Bopping in and out again. I am having a very busy day and if I sit too long I may collapse. I still want to clean a smoke stack today before I do that.

I went hunting photo frames yesterday for our likings,
None to be found other than the regular frames.

However about a month ago I did fine one for the 4/6 photos made of metal stuff.
Micheals had the finest collections in rectangulars.
t j maxx had none of that type .

hello all. I finally got a good nap today---so I am up & wide awake--with supper done waht is happenin'???

Well for one thing.
Were getting lots more snow .
22 days till spring and no green grass to show for it .

yep--I hear ya DEodge. We have grass here but none of it green.

and for the month of February we are 10 degrees below average. so it has been much colder here---

Cant wait to hear the frogs again.

Ours is mixed up for sure.
Usually we have one bad february storm that is all,'Ha

Now we fear if there is going to be floodin in the valley come warm weather.
