A week or so ago, I received a package from Sheri.
Inside was some sunflower seeds that she & I are going to grow together this year. We are hoping to grow some of our own seeds for our birds, and as an added bonus we hope to do as well as Dodge has in the past.

I knew the seeds were coming, as Sheri had warned me she had found them and that they were on their way.....
What she had NOT said was that she had tucked a surprise inside with the seeds.
I am now the proud owner of the most wonderful pair of sock type houseslipper with dots of tread material on the bottoms, if you can understand what I mean???
they are just perfect as I have SEVERAL pair of jammies in just that leopard design---I have them for all seasons. and NOW I have a set of slippers to match them. clap I so wonder how she could have known???
Thank you so much, Sheri!!! kissie

Sorry James....not much talk of fashion or sales here...it's usually all about gardening or connected to gardening.

Very nice Carol and Sheri! Those slipper socks are very cool - I've never seen any like that before.

Can't wait to see pictures of both your sunflowers this summer. I cannot grow them here - the squirrels eat the flower heads every single time - way before they go to seed.

Juniegirl I had a feeling you're a wild woman. Glad you like them. Do you guys remember Kratz? Charlotte is her first name. The card I sent was one that Kratz made and sent me a while ago.

Leopard is my favorite! I have a pair of slipper socks very similar to those except mine are hot pink with leopard cuffs. The kids got them for me for christmas a couple years ago and I still love them.
