Nice fern dodge. I have some in the yard that volunteer every year. My asparagus fern died. It doesn't do well in the house in the winter so I stuck it back outside - wrong.

It has been my experience that an asparagus fern does not like a lot of heat and it seems to like humidity ??---I have never grown one, but my sister has.

barb, I like your fern & your Ivy. But the Ivy spread too much for my liking.--It is nice in a pot though.

Ivy grows in my yard like a weed. I'm constantly pulling it off trees and out of cracks. It will take over.

I'd had that asparagus fern for years. I keep it outside in the shade and was bringing it in every winter. It almost totally dies in the winter, I guess because of the heat. This year I stuck it back outside and that was the end of it.
