Ah, YES! He is in ECLIPSE Plumage. That means he is showing parts of his WINTER plumage and parts of his BREEDING plumage! And, yes, the black cap means that this IS a MALE. Females have a solid yellow head.

I took only 1 pill. It made me dizzy and the pain was still there. I don't like being dizzy.
