Has anyone had any problems with bugs? i just noticed these tiny lil bugs crawling around in the soil in my dish. i dont know if they'd cause a problem or not or if an insecticide would work, but any recommendations on insecticides for cacti and succulents?

If the bugs are kinda like white and crawl around your root ball well you are going to have to trash your plant. Those are milly bugs. They feed off roots and they will never stop. You can use insecticide for a lightly infested plant. But if it is intensively infested trash it and take cuttings from this plant to restart a new one.

If it is simply a kinda fruit bug, that isn't so bad. They munch on roots a bit but you can spray the soil with water and a small amount of detergent added to it. You can also slow down on watering and let the soil dry out since these bugs love humidity for there eggs. They should be gone after a while. They are harmless.
