I have 3 or 4 tomato plants that have gone down hill over the last month. Everything else in the garden is green and thriving.... (including one other tomato plant).

The problem is that some of the fruit skin is cracking. ( I have read the trouble shooting guide and it suggest planting different variety)

The other problem is that the leaves are yellowing and drying out (plant wide). I am watering on a regular basis and all the other plants are doing well.

I would welcome any possible solutions.

Tomatoes crack from irregular watering, the inside grows faster than the outside..the tomatoes are still good just not very pretty, and it can happen in any variety.

First hand, I'd say it was sunscald or magnesium deficiency~ but it could also be 'wilt' or 'early blight'..someone else(with more tomato knowledge)should be along shortly to help. Tomatoes are so susceptible to so many diseases...

I agree with Tamara. Watering on a "regular" basis is not necessarily what you want to do. You need to water when the soil begins to dry out. Over water can carry away nutrients.

I'll wait for the experts, too. It does look like blight of wilt. But check for pests as well. Sometimes what you see is secondary response to infestations.
