I have a simple little green shamrock, actually have had lots of them over the years. This one is growing little nodes at the from the bottom of the plant right at the soil. What are they? The plant just flowered like crazy and then lost them all, but is otherwise healthy. I think it needs to be re potted, could this be what is causing these growths?

I've never had a shamrock, but it sounds like what is called a rhizome or maybe a stolon. Its basically a new cloned root system that you can plant and get a new but cloned plant. I don't know if shamrocks have this feature, but it sounds like it.
If the plant looks healthy other wise, feel free to either clip the little nodes off for aesthetics, or repot into a larger pot and let it spread.
Cheers, Debbie

Thanks Debbie, when I investigated further, I found that they are growing out of much larger similar looking things under the soil, that look VERY much like rhizomes. They actually look pretty neat like little solid flowers or something so I think I'll leave them be, put it in a bigger pot and see what happens.

They have corms that looks like tiny thin scaly fingers. The tops of the corms do turn green if you expose them to sun.
