So today I go out and peak at the garden and ..."boing" 24hrs ago they were this high And today this Think these guys are watching that Husqvarna commercial where the guy's yard turns into a jungle overnight So do you have anything that's growing overnight that you can actually see the jump ? ...let's see snow

My wife said I have been taking more pictures of the garden than her. So I have cut back my garden photography for obvious reasons. I will take a pic at lunch and another tomorrow just for grins. Lets just keep it between us though - ok???

Every year I plan to get one, and every year something else takes the extra money..I haven't been able to find a decent second hand one in the area.

Well I went home to check for growth and I saw a bloom on one of my cukes. Upon further inspection I saw my army massing for battle. I could hear them chanting "The only good aphid is a dead aphid!!" [img][/img]

Fell behind , here's some overnight blooms and garden growth as of sat the 12th. Checked things out today and things have come along even more due to the warm, humid and wet conditions . Still gathering my wits after the Nascar race sunday....wow ! snow

I have also introduced lace wings and lady bugs. So far nothing is munching too bad on my plants. I am chemical free. My neighbor poured a ton of powder on his garden it looked like powdered sugar!!!

WOW i'm impressed! I think I could get into some ladybugs! And the link said praying mantis are a "curious and playful bug" so that makes me less creeped out by the bug factor  Anything curious and playful can't be too creepy right?

They are a pretty cool looking bug - in a militant buggish sort of way. Kids dig them - I know I did

We don't have praying mantis here...I'd be interesting in watching them grow as well

Wow! Now that's what I call progress! I like your setup. Are your plants still in those little containers? They're so big in the second photo I can't tell.

No I thought I needed those containers to bury the exposed foliage (I was a newbie way back then ). Now I just keep them mounded to keep the light out like the old pro I am It has really been fun (and a lot of work!!) seeing that part of my yard go from grass to garden

Your camera sets it that way and is loaded into your pc file that way . You need to go in that file and right click it and rotate it, then it will stay like that and upload rightside up. Now if it's upside down... I would of thought you just trip over the garden hose and snapped one off on the way through the tumble That warm juicy air really gets things growing huh?, im the opposite.. I move slower snow
