I am having an issue with my Russets or my Idahos - I can't remember what row I planted them in. But on one of the varieties the bottom leaves are turning yellow and are getting spots. It sounds like a magnesium problem or a drainage problem any ideas? My butterballs and the other variety dont have this condition. Any ideas???

My guess would lean towards the drainage issue ...you have had alot of rain .

Alls good here in vertical taterville so-far, 5 out of 7 have blossomed and 1 is just loosing it's flowers today.

Try clipping the bad stuff out and let some air in under them some to dry up, might be some kind of fungis from all the rain.
