Hi,

I am daisy. I have a garden with some annuals and wintersown perennials. I am trying some houseplant orchids and gardenia. Hope I won't kill them.

I work fulltime and love the weekend for gardening and playing with my kid.

Welcome, Daisy. This is pretty much how it began for most of us. You will have a full-blown addiction before you know it. But it isn't a bad one because it comes with some mighty good friends that share your interests. We love to help and to learn.

Hi every one I am new with gardening and this forum stuff. I am having problems with my iris. they have been planted for 2 years and no flowers. Also the leaves came up all foled like an accordian this year. Does anyone know what would cause this? Thanks

Hi and welcome Melly wavy

Are they bearded iris? If so, maybe the nitrogen in our soil is too high or they might be planted too deeply.
