I have neighbors close to my house foundation and this year we have had alot of rain. His downspout is not working correctly madd and now my basement on that side of the house is wet. I have 3 rain barrels and the rest of MY water goes in to the alley. clap I dont talk to them due to a previous altercation about my fence. But I need to do something to that downspout. I was thinking of moving his mulch (I know) nono so the water flows twards his porch. But Im feeling guilty also. What would you do? nooo Its really bad and they would never notice...for a while. zoink

I'd do it thumbup and if anything is said..I'd dig a trench on my side to run the water off.

~~Tam~ You can bury all your troubles by digging in the dirt.

There may be a branch of your city gov't that you could complain to. That and the ditch too. I would not rearrange anything on his property.

After a few conversations kilroy he bought a long black pipe to run the water out front. I hope it works. His honeysuckle plant died there also and I told him it was from too much water! madd
