Everyday is the same for me...I didn't even know it was August until August was half over.
(I obviously don't write checks, either!)

PS...I do know that it is September now.

Is there any reason why I shouldn't name a male kitten "Gaga"?

Just don't call him Lady Gaga and it will be fine...LOL!

That was one of my main choices for a name...
...except there used to be a member here that was named Phil...and I don't like him.
So...thought about "Harris" instead of "Phil"...

...actually I just need to find a good home for the kitty.
He made me so sad today...keeps going to the door trying to get out to look for his mommy.

ok then call him Harris--now that is a differnt name---everyone will say where did you get that name???---and yes as sad as it will be for you to not have him perhaps he needs a new home that will not remind him of his momma

You are all so fast I can barely keep up. Met my new boss today, she seems alright so far. My itchy rash came back and the nurse practitioner I saw only succeeded in further irritating me by treating me like a child who doesn't know what an allergic reaction is. She didn't want to believe that it was the cleansing stuff they put on me and kept trying to come up with other things that might have caused it. It doesn't matter, just make it stop itching! She told me to take the prescription antihistamine I took last time (didn't help last time), to put cold on it (been doing that all day), take benadryl (already did, didn't help) and then she thought to have me take an allergy med that I already take regularly. She did give me a steriod ointment so I really hope that will help. Otherwise, it's back on the prednisone. Ugh, what a frustrating day. I'm turning in early.

I am sorry, Cheryl. I hope it eases up quickly.

Ohhh...that burns me up when they do that.

Kinda burnt me up a few weeks ago when my "primary care physician" told me I needed to see a psychiatrist.
Hell, I have a freakin' TEAM of psychiatrists already.

Baking hasn't started yet Merme, still making calls and trying to straighten out the paper work that DD needs. I have one place saying the other needs their paper work first and vice versa..well just fax it to each other at the same time then

Oh and everywhere wants to fax directly to me...would be great, but who has fax machines in their homes if they don't run a business????

I dont suppose there is a business in rown that would let you have these places fax to them & you could pick the pages up from the business???

No I called, the only place that faxes has a broken fax machine..just my luck.

yea thqt happens a lot with these servers & their new filtering systems--when I am missing an e-mail that is the first place I go to look. They even insist upon doing it to people that i have put on my accept list---I never get a message from my SIL & BIL--so I am an old hand at looking in my junk folder---and the server's message center. oh well at least we know now, huh???

Any one ever have hemangiomas on their babies?? (you know those red strawberries that appear AFTER they are born)..Baby has two and they are growing quickly. We are waiting on an appointment with a specialist. Just curious on any info you'd have, we read lots on the computer but would like some personal opinions if you have them to share..

Today I have a special project of making sure that all wheelchairs have foot rests and that all foot rests are at least 2 inches off the ground. We're taking the residents to the zoo tomorrow.
