i have a found little tiny green bugs on my jade plant very small barely visible to the eye can anyone tell me what they are ?

Sounds like aphids have found your plant. Try some insecticidal soap on them and see if they leave the premises.

thanks for your help a couple of leaves look like they have had their water sucked out of them and have gone scaley like the skin on a frog ? is that down to the bugs .thanks phil

Aphids are a sucking insect, so yes, it very well could be. I should have said welcome to the forum up there somewhere.
