Why does this seem to be a bigger job each year? Heh! Heh! Guess it's 'cause I like collecting and growing new plants!

Here's something new to Jeff and I; growing bamboo in jars. We picked these up at a yard sale in the summer - a quarter each!

Tonight, Jeff turned 'em out in the sink and cleaned the stones and the jars. We set them in the lobby window, where it's not exactly shady, but it doesn't get direct sun.

Click here to see the rest of the stuff I re-potted (as well as clippings), and hustled into the lobby and office in the past coupla' days . . .

That was a lot of work you put in. I hope they all do well over winter and give you awesome blooms next season.

Ahhh . . . there's a wee bit more to do. Maybe today, maybe tomorrow. Those clippings in the pots will need to be spritzed every day for a while - till they take root.

It would be nice if it all works out - I'll have plenty of begonia and plenty of hibiscus.
