Hi, I hope in the correct forum with this questions. What do I do with the vines now that they are dieing? Do I cut them done or leave them? I do want flowers next year.

Welcome, Pamela. Yes, you are in the correct forum.
Yes, cut the plants down as they are dying. If you find any seeds from the spent flowers then collecting them for planting next spring would be beneficial. They may have already have fallen to the ground. You may get growth next year just from those.

I let mine dry a bit, and throw them in the outdoor furnace. Yep they do grow , never die here in zone 5.
