Do any of you have a cell phone with no contract that is not expensive and works good?
I am fed up with Boost Mobile. I got 2 photos from Diane awhile ago that she must have sent days ago. I called Leslie last night and she said she has called for days and I haven't answered. Every time I talk on the phone my call gets dropped constantly. Was trying to talk to my mom last night and we got cut off 4 times...we finally gave up.

Boost has been great for a year now...just started doing this the last few months, and it's worse every day.

There is Virgin mobile T mobile ( I had T Mobile dropped it fast because of no service. Google cell companies in your area.

And Virgin mobile doesn't do well in my home. I only have a trac phone to carry in my car in case of emergencies. So I am no help whatsoever.

my advice is get on a family plan with Rachel.
They will even let you keep your old phone number.

We are on a family plan with one of my DD"s & while it costs me the same as my old phone did I have much more coverage, plus my DH has a phone as well.

Hmmm...I hadn't thought about asking Rach if I can get a phone on her plan. She's real happy with the plan she has...Andriod with unlimited everything and she gets a good signal wherever she goes. I don't remember who she has the plan with. I'd call and ask her but my freakin' phone won't make a call right now.

Yeah...we sometimes put a string between 2 empty soup cans and stretch it tight and talk that way.

but seriously once you pay teh activation fee i t is not a bad phone bill to have.
Plus I did not sign a contract---MY SIL did but hey he would of anyway---they can drop a line whenever, if I should I change my mind.

I talked to Rachel earlier and knew I had something to ask her...could not think of what it was. It was about getting me a phone. My head has seemed so empty lately.

I use TMobile to Go (their prepaid), it's not bad; but they're not as popular as AT&T in some areas.

I don't like Boost Mobile (Prepaid Nextel service; I worked for them for quite a while till they jipped me on benefits). I don't really like Virgin Mobile either; you'll likely not like them either since they're prepaid Sprint in the USA, and Sprint/Nextel is practically the same thing now.
