"Paula" here saying good morning !!! This weekend as I am "grandpuppy" sitting I guess I will not have a lot on my plate to do except play with Puppies. Well with one puppy---the one dog of theirs is a bit mentally challanged in that she cowers at anything that is not normal. I am sure she is upset right now at being in her crate all day and not with the cat that she lives with. They had a friend move in their house for the weekend to house sit and to watch teh 2 cats that they have. I'll see everyone later---

I knew it! Paula Deen has taken over your body!  I will not have a lot on my plate to do except play with Puppies. I started to say "I'm going to play with my cat and my bird today" but that sounded so wrong in so many ways. So, I didn't say it.

I posted a pic of me in today's running outfit, minus the hat, in my blog. Just click where it says "run with me" and you can see my fancy, dancy new leopard skirt.
Tamara, I was lucky enough to get my treadmill for free, but I hate it and it sits there collecting dust. I might not hate it as much if it were newer but I'm so used to being outside that I don't like running indoors. Many people do though and if I had to choose between coyotes and bears or a treadmill, I'd definitely choose the treadmill.

I always thought I would LOVE to have a treadmill--but after going to Cardiac rehab I have found the treadmill monotonous.
I do love the sitting stepper and the sitting eliptical though---

Lol, I haven't had that happen to me. People are pretty good at keeping to themselves in Seattle, that's why we have the reputation of the Seattle freeze. If it did I would just ignore them. I wear headphones when I run but they don't know that I can hear them. I've run by construction sites where I pretend I couldn't hear their comments.
